Responsibilities
Outstanding results can be achieved where clients follow a clear plan in a committed way. However, the client has sole responsibility for taking important decisions in their life, relationships or business. 

By accepting our terms & conditions (in the form of payment) the client acknowledges that they are entering into a coaching agreement with Envisage Coaching Australia with the understanding that they are fully responsible for creating & sustaining their own results, in the knowledge that coaching results are not guaranteed.

Envisage Coaching Australia is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, professional or other advice or services, & is therefore not legally liable for any actions or decisions resulting from a coaching dialogue.

Coaching is not a substitute for psychological counselling or any other therapies nor is it intended as a replacement for medical advice.

Envisage Coaching Australia is dedicated to providing life coaching services to individuals, teams & businesses. All services will be provided with due care, within a specified or otherwise reasonable timeframe.

Payment
Fees are payable in advance for each session unless otherwise agreed (ie for large corporations or contracts). Envisage Coaching Australia is not obliged to provide the session where payment has not been received in advance of the coaching session.

Guarantee
Clients are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to Envisage Coaching Australia if they are dissatisfied with their initial coaching session. Notice of a client’s intent to withdraw is to be made in writing (letter or email) before the second session. Claims made after this time will only be honoured at the discretion of Envisage Coaching Australia.

Early Termination
Early termination of a coaching package may be sought by either party in exceptional circumstances, such as illness, bereavement, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons deemed appropriate by Envisage Coaching Australia. Notice of termination is to be delivered in writing (email or letter) within four weeks of the last completed session. In accepted cases, Envisage Coaching Australia will refund any advance payments made for session not yet provided.
Note: Changes of mind are not considered grounds for early termination.

Rescheduling/ Cancellation
Envisage Coaching Australia requires 48 hours notice for the rescheduling /cancellation of any scheduled appointment. No refunds will be given to clients for unused coaching sessions unless 48 hours notice has been given. In exceptional circumstances Envisage Coaching Australia may need to rearrange a coaching session. In those instances we will give the client 48 hours notice where practical.

Where a client pays for a session or sessions in advance they must have the coaching session(s) that they have paid for within 6 months of the payment or their fee is forfeited.

Confidentiality
Envisage Coaching Australia collects personal data relevant to the coaching relationship. This information is treated with confidentiality & is not distributed without the consent of the client, except when required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else.
